The pepper soup will surely warm you up as a satisfying yet simple-to-make meal :)
The pepper soup paste is widely available at any local grocery stores but in this recipe, I used all simple ingredients that are cost-friendly - perfect for those on a budget!
Serving: 4 pax
Ingredients:
- Pork bone
- White radish, cut in parts
- Garlic, peeled
- Black pepper
- White pepper
- Salt
- Water
*Optional ingredients: chicken broth, any seafood, pork slices, etc.
How to make:
1. Fill a pot with water - approximately until it is 3/4 full - and turn to high heat.
2. Once the water starts to boil, add in the pork bone, garlic, and white radishes. Boil for 45 minutes.
(In this step, we are making pork broth which can be used in many kinds of dishes. Stay tuned for other recipes which uses this!)
3. To complete the soup, add in black & white peppers and salt, according to your taste. Feel free to add more peppers or salt (or both) as you like :)
